Why Bennett Crossing?

Strong regional draw.
Focus on sustainable, thoughtful growth.
Success of existing retailers far exceeding projections.

Zoning

The approved zoning provides the framework for mixed-use development. Local communities combined with regional influences from I-70 provide opportunity for development of highway retail and commercial uses. The wide range of uses will combine employment opportunities, services and housing while preserving a rural lifestyle on the outskirts of Metro Denver.

The Bennett Crossing ODP maximizes a synergistic relationship of well-coordinated land uses between 10 Planning Areas. Similar planning areas are located adjacent to land uses with complementary services and complementary markets. Commercial/retail uses will capitalize on their proximity to I-70. The new residential neighborhoods are planned to be an extension of the Town’s existing residential community.
